Our precious nephew, Micah, went to be with our Lord on July 27, 2009. He was a joy to his parents and the rest of our family during his 9 months of life. He will be dearly missed on earth by his family, but we trust that he is experiencing the purest form of joy in the presence of Jesus. Please continue to pray for comfort for our family, specifically his parents, Cory and Heather.
Rachael, I am just so sorry to hear this. It's been two weeks now, and it's still difficult, even for me - and I don't even know them personally! I guess I just find myself being more compassionate now towards parents who have to deal with death because we've dealt with our own. Maybe you feel the same, since you had a miscarriage as well. It's hard to have hope, even for a future child, when you see things like this that happen...I just cling to the Cross, knowing God is in control, that I will survive each day because of Him, and that I must live one day at a time! I really pray Cory and Heather will know God is a deeper way because of this, and that God will work this out for HIS GOOD! I am so sorry... :(
